Hi! This Lachlan Fyfe from Cali-Fit here in this video we have an intermediate level challenge using the Salmon Ladder
1) 3 reps up followed by 3 reps down
Film yourself going 3 up and 3 down on the salmon ladder
2) 2 rungs up and 2 rungs down
This challenge is a lot harder you have to go up 2 rungs in one move and then the same down, 2 rungs down in one move
